Talent Development & Technology Transfer

Seminar primarily for representatives of universities, research centres, regional & local govenments, regional development agencies & inovation centres, and companies interested in talent development and technology transfer. How has Taiwan tackled these important topics to support its semiconductor companies? The joint Talent and Innovation Center of National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University and University of Arizona in Phoenix will be also presented as an example of good practice and international collaboration.
